As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and boost revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing digital campaigns across multiple channels, managing the online presence, and leveraging data to optimise marketing performance.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms
- Deliver digital campaigns that result in customer acquisition and retention across all channels including CRM, SEM, SEO, Social Media and email campaigns
- Establish digital marketing goals, determine key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify metrics to evaluate campaign success.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, extract and share insights, and provide recommendations to refine strategies.
- Manage and optimise website performance. Enhance website content, and user experience to improve search rankings and boost organic traffic.
- Regular and ongoing competitor analysis. Remain on top of industry trends, technological advancements, and digital marketing innovations.
- Internal stakeholder management. Work with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets.
- Employ digital analytics tools and regularly report on efficiencies.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media, website metrics and best practices across various channels.
- Strong experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience with email marketing, SEM/SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Experience working with web analytics tools, digital and social reporting tools,
- Advanced proficiency with major social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram.)
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional project management skills, ability to multi-task and work to deadlines. Pro-active and excellent problem-solver.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
